Technical Description
Intermediate gearbox in the tail-rotor transmission. It redirects the drive line and transfers torque between tail-shaft sections while supporting high rotational speed and torsional loading. Oil condition, bearings, gear backlash, flange condition and documented overhaul status are key acceptance items.
